This year’s conference will take place in Killarney, by kind invitation of the Trustees of Muckross House.

The conference will be based in the very comfortable Lake Hotel, Killarney (http://www.lakehotel.com) just outside Killarney itself and in a spectacular position on the lake shore. It is a magical location and the perfect starting point for further exploration of the Ring of Kerry and other attractions in south west Ireland.

The nearest airport is Kerry with regular Ryanair flights to Luton and Stansted, and AerArann to Manchester. Kerry airport is 20 minutes by bus from Killarney centre.

This is one of Ireland’s leading cultural attractions. It is situated by the shore of the lake and transport to and from the hotel is likely to be by boat and/or by horse drawn cart.

led by Dr. Jim Larner. (TBC)  It is hoped to continue on from Innisfallen Island across the Lower Lake of Killarney and then to have some free time in rest of the afternoon.
